Hotel Policies

1. Standard check-in time is at 3pm as we perform UV sanitization on our rooms for the health of our guests, and check-out time is at 12nn. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged but is subject to room availability. Early check-in and late-departure rooms are subject for appropriate charging. 

2. Only two (2) keycards per room will be provided to guests upon check-in. Kindly surrender room key to the front desk upon check-out. A charge will be levied for lost key. 

3. Cooking is not allowed in the rooms. A microwave is provided for heating purposes only.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and hotel premises. A violation of this city ordinance will be charged P10,000.

5. Guests are particularly requested to lock access doors when going out and going to bed and when leaving and entering the room. For the convenience of the Guest, a safety deposit box inside the room is available.

6. When leaving the room, guest is asked to turn off all water taps, lights and television. Room accessories (pillows, blankets, towels, bathrobes and the like) are NOT allowed to be taken out of the hotel room.

7. Guests may only receive visitors until 12midnight. Visitors who will stay beyond the prescribed time will be charged accordingly.

8. Two (2) bottles of complimentary drinking water are provided daily. For additional orders, please dial 0.

9. Please do not display personal items on the windows, outside the unit or in any areas of the hotel. We strongly discourage opening of windows in the room.

10. Kindly avoid making excessive and unnecessary noise in the room or hallway, especially after 22:00H.

11. For the comfort of other hotel guests and visitors, bringing of foods with strong odor is not allowed.

12. Bringing in of goods or any articles that are combustible, or hazardous in nature, is prohibited. Gambling, contrabands, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals and pungent food products are likewise strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.

13. Eating and sleeping in the common areas are not allowed.

14. Long distance and overseas calls are charged on a per minute basis. Please dial “0” for assistance.

15. The swimming pool is open daily from 06:00H to 24:00H. Children below 12 years old should be accompanied by a guardian.

16. The Management will not, in any way, be responsible for any loss or damage to the Guest’s belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage. 

17. Please do not leave children in the room unattended. We discourage children to play or loiter in hallways, stairways, lobby, and in similar common areas. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children in all areas of the hotel.

18. Domesticated pets are allowed provided that Pet Agreement Form has been agreed to and signed.

Thank you for choosing Coro Hotel. Your comfort and security are our utmost priority. Kindly read the following important reminders to guide you in making your stay safe and enjoyable.

1. All incoming calls to our Guest Rooms are received by our Front Office Staff and screened for your confirmation before the call gets connected to your room.  Kindly advise the Front Office Staff for any expected calls or calls you wish to reject. You may also request for a “DO NOT DISTURB” mode on your telephone, during the duration of your stay.

2. Do not entertain calls from strangers who may present themselves as hotel employee, management staff, or anyone else not familiar to you. Please hang up or you call extension “0” for assistance.

3. Please inform the Front Office if you are expecting any visitor/s in your room. For your security, our Security Officer, will take their proper identification to check, thus they may present their Identification Card (ID) before they are allowed entry to your room. Otherwise, we deem it necessary to deny their visit. Visitors are allowed to stay until 10:00pm of the same day. Should you have guests staying longer than the prescribed hours, a charge of P1000 will be collected by Front Office.

4. Do not entertain or deal with street peddlers or any stranger you meet in the streets; in the mall, or anywhere else on a stroll that will offer products and other services such as rent a car, discounted hotel room, money changer at a higher rate, among others. You might become victim to syndicates, criminals or other bad elements with various modus operandi preying on foreign nationals or even local tourists.

5. Do not entertain any invitation for a drink or just a chat to any restaurant or anywhere from a total stranger who might try to befriend you.

6. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR NAME AND HOTEL ROOM NUMBER for your protection to any stranger befriending you on the streets.

7. If you need police assistance when you are outside the Hotel premises, please dial 887.1798, or you may seek assistance from the Hotel’s Security Office by dialing extension 758.
